    Overloaded

Not so much overloaded with weight but maybe slightly too long!
  3. Yes it was in the south park just up from golden valley. The blades arent too bad but could do with a sharpen though! We were chipping because of the distance between the 6 boxes we thinned would have meant a lot of trunderling back and forth as well as there are soon to be cows in so less tidying of a burn site. The idea was for the chip to go into the boxes most of it made it! Here's a couple from today.
  4. Today's job chipping up thinned out trees. Crane fed chipping:
  5. Today we were burning up some brash. I was starting to fell the heat from in the tractor when loading it!
  6. 550xpg with a 15inch bar, 560xpg with a 18inch bar and a 390xpg with 28inch bar. Will do any tree we have on the estate.
  7. Found this one the other day. Shame its been shaded out on one side.
  8. Making swedish candles today. The 390 with an 18inch bar made things a little quicker! 😊😊😊😊
  9. Ok thats how I'd reset it so i can see how that would be a problem
  10. On ours we removed the metal mesh grid from over the exhaust they aren't needed in this country and have you tried reseting the auto carb?
  11. Yes its a 390 not the best really needs 4 wheel drive and then it would be lovely.
  12. The hp is about 95 and loader will lift officially 1950kgs but i have had heavier logs than that on it.😉
  13. We have a krpan and i rate it highly if you can go for the remote control it makes it so much easier and safer!
  14. Love it we have a 12inch bandit pto and its amazing, so 15 inches must be awesome.
  15. I love splitting with the axe (im 19 though) never used a hydraulic spliter but would love to as i love machines!
  16. Oh and how seasoned are you after?
  17. Depends what you are after, beech, ash, birch, oak ect. We have wood available but are quite far away from you, Hertfordshire.
  18. The main problem with not culling is that one animal just takes over, its like we have at work the deer have taken over and now we get little or no natural regen in the woods so they aren't only affecting other animals but the woods itself! Yes something will probally move in and take their place but hopefully the woods will then survive for future generations.
  19. What size is you chipper? Looks fairly beast! 😊😊😊
