Full xmas dinner as well as every other cooked meal on mine. I don't have an electric or gas oven. Have to admit to it being the range type woodburner. Does all the heating and hot water too.

I took the sideshift mechanism and hydraulic top link off mine and use it without. Mine is on a little SAME fruit tractor and copes with up to about a ton very easily. Have another on a different farm and we use that one on an IH574. Can take them on and off in the same time as any 3 point implement would take, I just lean mine on an upright to the barn and put a chain round it to keep it from falling. I agree they are heavy if you lie it down but they are not heavy enough to bother a tractor. I would say a 35 would cope if it has a diverter valve for the hydraulics.

I have a fork lift on my tractor, make is Ripvator. IIRC it will lift 1500kg so pretty strong. I got mine for £100 off ebay which was an absolute bargain! Much better than the straight forward forks on the linkage as I think you are looking at. You can stack with them as they lift very high, and you can lift a great deal of weight and the wheels will just sit on the floor rather than the front of your tractor lifting up. (oh yes, I am a fruit farmer too )

Can I change it to Alder. Could be Hazel but I'm thinking you would have noticed a Hazel nut in there. Unless you were eating a Topic and dropped a bit. -

I would use Grazon in this situation, it has the same chemical as Shield in it plus other.

Colts Foot Dow Shield gets it. I don't think you can get that any more, Grazon 90 maybe (if you can still get that), any cheap hormone will probably knock it about a lot and good old glyphosate if you keep at it. Kurtail should get it in theory.

You can become addicted to Diazepam in one week. My Grandfather was addicted and he became exactly the same as any other junkie. His only thoughts/topic of conversation centred around when his next fix was. He was a very intelligent man, reduced to sh*t by this stuff. Avoid it if you can. My Grandfather was a research chemist who did an awful lot of work in the development of liquid and plastic crystals, wrote books on the subject and is still regarded as a pioneer on the matter. All your LCD and LED stuff owes a certain amount to his work. He was a farmer and planted more leylandii than you are likely to see and probably produced and sold a great number of the ones that keep many of you in work.

They are very different chemicals. I'm not convinced Grazon did a right lot and Kurtail isn't a miracle cure either. Weedazol deffo knocks it about for a few years.

This may have been said as I admit to not reading the whole thread. If you go to a doctors with a bad back they will tell you to rest and give you some drugs. If you want to get your back fixed go to a chiropractor or osteopath, they will fix your back. Last place I would go with a bad back is the doctors, last thing I would take would be Diazepam. I prefer a bad back tbh.

Weedazol is very effective (much more than anything else mentioned so far) but is not selective. I don't believe anything is selective against it.

What I was really getting at is that by paying rates it obviously becomes a business site. Does this not make it easier to get planning for sheds and possibly house(s) at some point in the future? This is a question rather than a statement. You may begrudge paying the rates now but it may be very beneficial in the long term.

Mine is lit. Drying my work clothes after getting drowned today, cooked my tea on it, cooked tomorrows lunch on it and heated enough water for me and my lad to have scalding showers. Might even light the one in the living room too, it's not very warm.
