Aye Jon, they were on the phone every week until I changed over to them, now can't contact them at all :-(

Landline is dead, broadband fine, hard to contact EE, been phoning 08000798586 just get held in a queue for eternity!!!! Phone been out for over a week now, how do you get in touch with these people???????
