  1. Hi Has anyone had any dealings with oakleaf forestry Northern Ireland Or does any one know if there is a rep on arbtalk from oakleaf Cheers bob
  2. How you find it, we process a lot of 4-10inch poles into firewood, we run a vertical splitter so anything over 10ish inch is rung up on site for ease of moving it more than anything. Cheers
  3. Hi Well as title says on the look out for a saw bench something similar to the picture if anyone has one their thinking about selling or not using or a very friendly dealer who can offer a cracking price drop me a message please Cheers bob:thumbup:
  4. Yeah quite happy with it and it works well.
  5. I think fuelwood.co.uk sell the dooda's your on about I did check just after the apf on a price on them and they were very pricey. So I spend couple of hours and knocked summit up out of scrap we had laying about.
  6. Yeah if you fill the new filter full of derv, once you fit it up should only need a couple of gentle primes. Don't go mad on the little primer because they are rarely used they go a bit weak over time last thing it needs is to be woken from a deep sleep by you pumping the living be jebus out of it. Bob
  7. Hi, Remove the 2 pipes. Remove the 2 bolts Unplug the multi plug Hold the alloy housing gently in vice (gently it won't need much. Undo the water sensor out the bottom of the filter (mole grips) Filter strap / chain wrench / stillys / pure muscle undo the filter Fit water sensor in bottom of new filter and fill the new filter with diesel and screw it back onto housing Plug it back in, bolt it up, reattach pipes Away ya go

  11. Hi does anyone know what laid this egg. It was just laying on the verge outside no nests or signs of activity. Thanks bob
  12. Totally agree with Mortimer on this one Plenty of money in that pile. As already said if cost you 2k or under to have that lot processed your right in the money and haven't had to do much of it yourself. As also said would definatly invest in some potatoe boxs/ ibc's/ vented sack. No point just making another mountain ( been there done that, hate moving the same product around time and time again) Bob
  13. You looking at getting someone in or buying/hiring/have a piece or 2 of equipment to do it Bob

  19. Hi Well as per title I have a ms180 that approx 10 years old Won't idle starts from cold fine, few pulls and it's away. Seems to rev fine but as soon as you go to let it idle it cuts out and won't start again unless you give it a touch of throttle. Any ideas or pointers be great Cheers:thumbup1:
  20. Had my rigger boots filled with water and put in the freezer overnight ! Had the rear of my car tied to mesh fence so when I ripped off the car park at the end of the day I yanked the fence down. Had my horn on my car wired to my indicators so as indicated right my horn would sound , ffs.!.!. The list is pretty endless but was a good bunch of blokes would do anything for each other and was never malicious or any harm ment. One bloke used to love motorbikes, he used to get a Calendar every Christmas and it took pride of place above his tool box, so shortly after he had hung it up we ripped august out and threw away, although it took 8 months his reaction was well worth the wait .
  21. Would of thought it would be quite good you can always turn ibc's around or shuffle them about in the kiln too maybe. Would be nice to get a before and after weight.
