  1. I got an MS 250 with similar symptoms, if I re-fuel then leave saw on side whilst I have a coffee / cig when I pick it up again it is a pig to start, if left upright it is OK. Other 250 I have is ok no similar probs.

  12. they don't last long at my house at present still not got boiler fixed. logs going on fire wholesale at present as soon as room for another it gets filled up.
  13. profit margin will depend on who they buying it from, i was told today that everything "Gopart" goes through Kramp somewhere in the sales chain if someone is buying it through a 3rd party and not direct from Kramp then the 3rd party is putting their profit margin in there. I get good prices as I am the buyer for the company I work for so enjoy cost prices and we get OEM terms. But not much more discount than resale terms so I know what prices retailers could be selling at. As for quality we have never had any issues with anything they supply us at work and we spend approx 35K a year with them
  14. Apparently "Gopart" is a trade name of "Kramp" major suppliers of Agricultural and forestry spares worldwide. I spoke with their forestry specialist today to confirm this. They comparison tested the chains against all major brands before taking on the supplier, the chains came out above the Carlton branded ones which they did and still do supply and comparible with Oregon which they also supply.
  15. Anyone using GoPart chains, if so what's their opinions. I was using one on Saturday and thought excellent was cutting felled timber and didn't need to change chain in 6 hours, farmer had dropped timber so was covered in mud too.
