  15. well i'm no sawmill but my waste goes to a chicken farmer for free, he gets rid of my waste and he gets free bedding. my offcuts go for the fire. jon, could you not find a local (possibly on the doll) who would be interested in processing the waste you produce?

  17. i can hook this up to any of my machines which includes a 20" ripsaw... i just change wheelie bins when its full.
  18. 1/4" should be enough if the boards are stacked correctly so they stay flat.

  21. use some rust remedy on all the bits you can see, then coat in a matching colour then if it needs protection from gravel try attaching a few protective boards in key areas?
