From photos it looks to be heavily weighted towards fields(low risk).I would imagine future monitoring assuming the client is happy,may be the way to go,there is a real risk involved but should the tree fail what might it hit,don't sit under it for picnic on a windy day etc.Only going from photos,might be misleading of course.
