Days and nights available, must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test, turn up for work and have a positive attitude. Basic requirements CSCS card driving license nptc tickets a bonus, plant operators etc starting rate £24k yard is based j26 M5

I know this is a red diesel topic but it has raised a good point ref CIS VAT etc another point to think about now is type of vehicle and use, if you are on a CIS classed job, your tractor trailer agri registered machine cannot be used now as it falls outside of the agri sector. I’m sure DVSA will be out on the back of this. ( this may have already been covered in the topic )
  4. Hi I have a cabstar cte lift, cab needs welding up, I also have a u140 with 14m mewp on it. I would like to mount the cte onto the mog to make it 20m. I’m struggling to find someone to loler it. my local engineer is happy to weld it all up. Anyone have any pointers Cheers
  5. I have a working cocker bitch, great work dog, happy to ride in the van, great ball drive, will retrieve anything. shes just had a litter of pups during lockdown, we sold them for £750. Although this is to friends
  6. Did notice one thing has a small but constant air leak, takes a while to build air air is leaking form here
  7. Had the mog out at work today, few little issues with the hiab but soon figured them out, lifting some nice sized bit off overthe fence
  8. Yea you have to plan your work, and understand the machine capabilities, it’s no where near a larger set up but you can tow it to site

  11. I run a tmk 200 on a yanmar 2.7t machine, I think it’s great, it will only cut up to 200mm but it has loads of power, ideal for hedge row stuff, definite labour saver

Hi folks Yanmar BV25 2004 The ignition warning buzzer has started to stay on, so turn the key to the left pre warm buzzer goes off, turn right engine starts, but now the buzzer is staying on, no other warning lights, it only started today after we washed the machine, no problems before hand Any ideas gent Thanks in advance

  17. What type of water and type of work, ie fast flowing, shallow silt. Is it chainsaw work or in channel cutting ie hedge cutter we do a bit so I might have somthing

I have a st8 very capable machine, we hand feed and machine feed the chipper, if you have a bigger chipper can you hand feed it to capacity, at the moment if we are hand feeding it it can chip what ever we can carry to it, Normally we can’t carry it before the chipper won’t chip it just my thoughts
  19. It’s a good revenue earner for them, some of the fines they are dishing out now are massive.

  23. I got a lwb movano, very good van , 5 seats and sleeps four, we looked at T5s but they were to small you defo want a high roof van

    Hi folks I’m removing 6 large Lombardy pops near Bristol next week, I’m looking for someone/ somewhere to take the timber will be the large butts as client is keeping everything up to 24inches
