A long time ago there was a bloke who lived round the corner from me . A nice bloke , i liked him but , every morning he would let his collie dump on my front grass . I used to put up with it and dispose of it myself however one morning I was in a bad mood for some reason and I picked it up and went round and put it through his letter box . Nothing was said between us regarding the richard but it never happened again .

When working in the woods 3 strokes with a file every other fill up if needs be . You must have " dirty " wood .

Up until recently I was using my old Huqvarna 4 wheel steer ride on . Fast as fcuk it was with a 14hp B and S Vanguard V twin . Alas it has gone to the big paddock in the sky .

Back in the day when the £1 was worth nearly $2 I was importing big saws from USA and Canada . Giving them a birthday and selling them on ebay . It was only the odd occasion that I got stung for import duty but it still made it worth it because of the exchange rate . I think things have changed since then .

I still have lead solder Steve . Sticks of plumbers solder and reels of electronic solder that as you say will probably see me out . Don't think I have ever tried lead free .

In my limited experience of blackthorn / hawthorn injuries there is always the tip still in there . A good warm Hedgehog and Larks vomit poultice usually does the trick .

Didn't get the mist so much along here Ruben but yes early on just got slowly warmer throughout the day . Just been here, there and everywhere with the dog on Harting Down . Not as warm as yesterday but still in shorts .

Reached 17 degrees here yesterday . Had shorts on unloading and stacking logs . Says max 15 degrees for to day .

As I understand it the only difference is the 555 has not got the initial " rev boost " . For fire wood it won't matter a toss .

Could be any number , or a combination of things . Metering arm not set correctly , an air leak coming from one or more of several potential places . I think you have to methodically go through everything . Spud will start you off @spudulike

Its Peewit here in West Sussex . Although Lapwing is used . Not so much Green Plover .
