  1. Warm and sunny from say, 10 am to 3 pm then cool nights just above freezing .
  2. Thanks for your imput . Is your flue in a stack or external. I've read that standard rods can damage the liner. I've got 1.5m Bailey rods but didn't want to damage the new liner. Just seeing what others are doing. I have a stack with a 7.5" clay liner and a 6" ss liner inside that . The rods I use are the type that cant come undone whilst in use not matter which way you twist . There rods are small in diameter to the pro ones the sweep uses and are a bit more flexible so I dont have any problems going past the 2 doglegs . I have various size brush heads and used to put the large one up first followed by the 6" one but I found this unnecessary and only use the 6" now . Hole thing takes about 15-20 mins with removing the vermiculite boards and steel baffle , vacuuming out the soot and replacing the stove parts . Get to the top were the cowl is with a rod to spare .

    Interesting view on it . Have you tried current the opposition ? 572 etc . How would they stand up to production cutting ?

  7. I remember doing the " round the harbor " race 3 up in a Wayfarer with my Dad and his mate . It took all day and included all the creeks that make up Chichester harbor . I was completely fucked after that . !

  11. Evergreen Oak or just Green Oak or Holm Oak or Holly Oak are the common names round here . Californian Oak ?

  14. Fit a tow ball with the height adjustment plate . There are several different mounting points so that you can pick the one that just weights the trailer nose heavy onto the ball . It wont snake then . ( provided you load it sensible ) .
