I know you like to be a bit pedantic about the cause but " stretch " is a convenient term for most ordinary Joes to convey whats happened . I hate it when people say some thing is " hydroscopic " when in fact its hygroscopic ( as in nylon absorbing moisture . ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. I think any " waterproof / breathable " jacket is always a compromise . They lean towards one or the other . For keeping rain out you need oil skins for keeping cool its a string vest . .

  10. Not so sure about this . I am a big fan of alkylate fuels but some 4 stroke engines still have rubber components in the fuel system so the same reasoning could apply .
  11. Think he is " square " filing a square ground full chisel chain . You attack it from the outside as opposed to from the inside as you do with a round ground full chisel chain .
  12. If I'm not mistaken , in a CA ( if the tree has no specific TPO ) you inform not apply .

  21. Agreed . I put a small flag on my log splitter that you can see in the rear view mirror . With that I never have to have more than one go at it .
