  1. Not sure to be honest but with 77cc and relatively low revving but high torque you should be able to use 24" maybe 30" ? Take the 20" bar you have and see if the mounts and oil feed hole line up with a modern bar .....
  2. Any thing with Joyce Grenthal in .
  3. The first 10 mins of "Summer Holiday " Cliff R..........NO NO only kidding ! Fall of the House of Usher ?
  4. I had one for about 10 years . Had 3 sets of defenders on it and countless vizors . really had its long service medal .... then my mate ran it over ...........
  5. I would do as spud says and check that the tank vent is not crudded up before pulling carb apart .
  6. 560 has been worked on . It wears an 18" and I prefer a 7 pin and just lean on the torque . on a 15" its ok with an 8 pin .
  7. I think its a good thing . Just me though .
  8. Don't we have it hear then ? thought I saw one at my dealers .....possibly
  9. I don't like the flippy up caps . I prefer the screw in ones . The flippy cap on the oil tank on a 201 can deceive you especially if its overfilled and not tipped to get the bubble out . Not a regular occurrence but has been known to empty the oil on the way up . with a screw in cap that don't happen .
  10. Ok . each to his own . I was not suggesting you were a weak kitten , just saying I am !
  11. Takes on hell of a pull to start ?? I'm as weak as a kitten nowadays but I can start mine ! Took the spark screen out of mine strait away . Sopu8nds ok to me . Not making a big fuss , just better than a 201 .
  12. I got T540 and a 201 . The t540 pisses all over the 201 and is good , if not better than my 200t . Only had it a few weeks so can't really say about the robustness but its a stonker so far .
  13. My buddie bounced a limb of the unshielded HV and blacked out the whole village .
  14. I have not tried the 550XP but do have a 560XP and a ported 346XP on a 15" bar driven by an 8 pin . I would think the ported 346 would be similar to the 550 and on that basis I would recommend the 550 if you want a quality 50cc saw .
  15. Pissing down in West Sussex right this minute Jon !!!
  16. I was cutting a yew hedge a few years back and some big old orange hornets started coming out ..I dropped the hedge cutter and legged it !
  17. Countless people and many times it would seem from previous posts about it .
  18. You must cop a few on the hedge laying ?
  19. Enjoying this thread , just changed mine again . If you see an opportunity take it
