  2. Don't think they that dodgy once you get used to the forces involved and the potential to get whacked ! Certainly quicker than most hydraulic ones I would say ( I have both )
  3. Being an old git from way back I just take a turn or two with the felling rope round a trunk that handy. So basically no .
  4. Your idea will work providing you don't stint on the grunt to turn it.You need at least 25hp minimum 30 + preferably . Its the torque you need not rpms and to get big torque you need big cubes ( relatively ) Anything less and it will stall on the first snotty log and you will wast loadsa time having to cut it off the cone . Believe me !
  5. I new Oregon made Husky bars but perhaps they make Husky bars to Husky spec and dimensions and Oregon bars to Oregon spec and dimensions ...

  9. Did not know there was a hot start position ? Thought the ignition is always in the on position same as my 560 ......My 560 hot starts same as any other saw . ONE pump of primer , (no more) 2 pulls and its away , never fails .

  13. Joking aside its the only way to go Pat . Changed mine last year and its nothing short of staggering the extra heat ( and less dust ) I get now . Got a Burley 5kw and it heats the whole house
