  1. I use my old drop leg mag holder to fit a couple of wedges combi spanner files etc in 👍
  2. Hot soapy water, then a dip in a oil bath. If not a wire brush
  3. Was going to get a ms190 sugi bar for my ms150. But i think Rob d's getting a bunch in for the ms150 now. Pm him and he should be able to tell you bud

  5. I was 30 when i started my college course. Now climb 5-6days a week. All depends on what youd like to do bud. If i had know about the arb life before i did, id have joined sooner Dan

  12. Great grandad was a pilot, unsure as he passed many moons ago. Uncle member of SBS again has passed on, dads side was one in artillery, infantry and a tankie (desertrats) mams real dad was in the navy (officer ranking?) and hit a mine. Not really spoken of. Then a couple more but im waiting for the arrival of my family tree which my uncle spent year drawing up
  13. Not sure about us as in the older arbs but my lass is older than we and a nurse/midwife and she can take us all over no problem bud. Is your lass qualified in something like this ?
  14. Lol im the same , and i don't go back til the 6th. Might split some more wood tomorrow lol and make a start on the silky handle templates
  15. Looks like hed have to paid who ever it was that attended the call out and could you not just do the rest as a normal working day in the new year! Call outs as said are just to make the tree safe and in this case to re open the road again.
  16. Felled a 60ft ash. Max reading 26% , so split it there and then and its burning great at 18-20% same with the birches the month before

  18. Lol do u not remember those co co pops clackers! Or whatever they were called? It was a thin piece of plastic u attach and made a noise as u rode lol or those bead this u attached to the spokes in hi vis colours that made a noise also
