  4. Record marples are what I used as a joiner and where by far the most common. As hard wearing and take a good edge as well as punishment then re sharpen to a good sharp chisel. I've still got a few that havnt been nicked that were in daily use from 1998

  8. for VOSA was singing different songs. The other thing i didnt realize, was that they can put a prohibition on your trailer. I thought you needed an operators license before they could prohibit stuff. They can and do as I had one last month that came in to force if I didn't get the correct tyres fitted within give days
  9. Two completely different saws the 550 is a closer match. I went from the 261 to a 560 and it's like night and day go for the husky and you won't be dissapointed
  10. It was the technics I was originally on about. Don't think the standard lid has the option to mount a light on to it.

  17. Cheers mate think the last sale of the year was on Saturday past but told him to keep an eye on gum tree ect it's a a sad day when this happens as it's the knock on effect for the people they employ

  20. As above company I sub to has had 2 ifors stolen last night one ten foot and a twelve foot both double axle and with the high mesh sides on. They where taken from near westhill area of Aberdeen. Any info will be passed on and treated confidently

  22. Well that's deal done I went for the b7000 as its a bit more power and the tin work is clean plus about 15/20 years younger so pick it up on Friday fingers crossed
  23. Now I've been offered a b7000 which is newer for the same price but doesn't have a blade on it. Does anyone know the difference between the two of them as my head is scrambled now
  24. Hopefully il get a few hours on it if we have snow this year and I can get it painted Omer the summer
  25. Think I might just take a chance and get it. Will be sure to put some pictures up if I do. This will make it an expensive month as just bought a tipper at the start of the month
