  3. Turn off at Elsdon carry on over the moors until you drop down into a village with a cafe, through the village and out the other side, 5 mins down road turn left before the river, stay on that road until you come to a big house/hall, cottage is just passed that on right

  5. Yes Ian it is a crack and it was also the first thing that i saw too! But it is a 2002 machine so I have to expect (although it kills me) little imperfections. A new machine would cost £1800 + VAT, I may keep it for a year or two then trade it for a new one

  14. Very interested in this storey, I had my mountain bike and strimmer robbed last haloween, i heard them and went out with my pick axe handle but they were lucky bastards as i was too late! Id have smashed their f'n heads in if ig got them, now i keep a wepon at each door of the house along with well positioned wepons outside..... Not to mention my 12 bore! And if i caught them i might even get the 88 for good measures! Good luck with everything & keep us posted with progress mate

  16. Tomorrow we have a conifer to dismantle near Otterburn! Long drive but im only taking the pickup as all brash and timber is staying where it lands, then we are back to base to swap the pickup for the Bang Tidy. Second job is at the MarieCurie Hospice where we will be tipping back some sycamore that are conflicting the view from security cameras. Also on site will be Hooper Signs who will be putting our NEW 0800 phone number on the van along with replacing the arb ass approved contractor stickers with enlarged ones! I think this will be the finishing touches to the Bang Tidy, for this week at least! Third and last job is for a very good friend of mine, we have a few shrubs to remove, small conifer hedge to trim and laurel hedge to remove. Weather says rain but its always sunny in the Bang Tidy! Bring it on Michael Fish!

After yesterday's catastrophe of a day with everywhere we went we were getting told no, no I can't look at your van now, no your pressure washer you ordered in paint code RAL2004 is not Timberwolf orange it is In fact red as I could not be arsed to follow your instructions one bit! We had a far better day today trimming hedges Connor cracked on like a good'n and me and Paul picked mushrooms for the majority of the day :smile: Rain is expected tomorrow but we have some great tree work on so who gives a flying monkey!
