  1. Still testing the refined tether out just now but hopefully they will be ready soon, if I'm honest I really didn't think there would be much interest in them but it seems wrenchers want want want!! But at the minute until I'm happy I can't give give give!! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  2. Clove hitch or cow hitch both finished with a half hitch! Quick simple no hardware needed and can fit to any sized timer! Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  4. It is a locking Brummell splice mate, I've done both ends now and redone the original as the bury was not quite long enough, I used a needle do the turns and then a snare wire to do the bury, very simple very easy and loads better than I'd ever imagine on the throwpod!! I was going to add a few videos from other climbers on there along with the one you did last year or the year before, I just have not had time to do much of late I'm passionate about rigging to the point I like to try new techniques where rigging is not actually needed! The kind where things are aloud to go wrong to a certain degree Anyway be cool if you could make it across the pond bro. take care Adam Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

  20. You mean between work, Arbtalk, 4 kids, UKTT, traveling, and darts?? I have a lot of late nights and a very cool and understanding fiancée mate Thanks though, the original (I'll put a photo up in a bit) was used solid for 20 weeks and although not a patch on the new look still lived up to its expectations!! It's getting there slowly but will hopefully have the finished product out by the end of this month!! Retail price is in the think tank!! I'm trying to keep it as low as possible for you guys Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  21. Hi all So I've been busy and thinking really hard! About the tethers for the wrench and asking myself hundreds of questions about what I want in a tether?!! How to do I want the tether act?!! How long should it be lasting?! And most of all and more importantly what do you guys want out of a tether? The old stitched single leg and double legged tether are great but didn't offer long term use! Getting the rope to act they way I wanted to was near on impossible! Without a machine, Stretch, twisting and uv light was all major issues!! Not to mention the time and effort it takes to knock one up!! So back to the drawing board I went!! And with a little help from a few other climbers we came up with these. 4mm saged wire with thimbles, professionally machine pressed loops that are near on as strong as the cable itself. Getting all the components together was a bit of a mission, but after a few trial and errors we've made what's proving to be winning combination of flex, stiffness, hardwearing durability, long lasting, strong and most importantly easy to make (well for me anyway lol) The tethers them selfs are 10" long and I don't recommend a hitch cord longer than 75cm, there might be a slight chance they could come in other lengths but I'm not sure yet! As I've thought about them in use with the ZK2 and do recommend they are used with that and not the ZK1 although with modding them it will work!! but as the ZK2 is the more popular I won't be taking the size difference in the 2 into consideration. They will also be supplied with 2 rubber washers and a rubber Grommet to fit the over the wrench spacer for added stiffness but mainly protection. So what do you all think? Questions and critisium all welcome Adam Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  22. It can't be can it??? Haaaa Not the same guy who said it was safe to use B&Q pulleys for rigging is it?? Lol Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  23. Thanks mate, it never failed to make me smile. The aspen is great but I just can't justify running all my saws on it!! It smells nice haaaa Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  24. Kern and hedra are excellent ropes and both pretty much the same, the HH runs a dream on them!! If your solely using it SRT then either will be best, don't really see the point of getting blaze or tachyon if your not Ddrt'ing. Velocity is very very nice and only used briefly a few times I really enjoyed it, with both the uni and wrench it really is a good all rounder.. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
  25. First outing with the 346 and it got used aerially and on the ground. My freelance collection is complete once again Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
