  1. Yeah. They come off the helmet mount bit and you can take the muffs apart for new pads etc (hygiene kit).
  2. I think we’re all agreed that you’re an artist. I love seeing your work on here.
  3. Surely you can get the taxpayer to fund you leaving it piled across a public footpath or something?
  4. If the photo doesn’t adequately show, it’s a travel size with a short scale. I think I’ve got 9s or 10s on my strat. I’ve got acoustic 11s or 12s on my SG at the moment but in drop C. A girl I know plays folk with 13s. I was sceptical but they feel great. I’ve been dotting around trying different strings for years but I always come back to D’Addario. I really wanted to like Rotosound because they’re made in England and they give you a spare e but they feel dry as fuck.
  5. Aye, go on then. I'll send you a private message.
  6. Not sure really. You just seemed knowledgeable about it.
  7. One of my Tanglewoods. Pretty low quality everything and the intonation isn’t great bit it’s excellent fun for certain things and good for leaving in the van. Currently in F# standard. It’ll handle E standard with 11s but only just. I’ll put 12s on next. 13s if I can find them without a wound G (the fourth fret shreds wound ones). There are so many guitars out there and they’re all pretty good so I thought I might as well pick a brand and go with it. I’ve got a Tanglewood dreadnought and acoustic bass too. Will add a parlour next although I might deviate to Faith for one of those. I’ve already broken the rule with a thin body Ibanez after all.

So would a shed though. Easier to work with, no rust, less condensation etc. You have a handle on the trend situation.
  9. A few people on another forum I’m on formed a band. It was hugely inconvenient for all concerned because of location and they performed once.

Fairly light things. I did similar with an old mower box and some car plastic a while ago. Very handy shelf and wall pocket. I don’t understand the obsession people have with going out of their way to build with shit things when good things are available though. Like people who are desperate to live in shipping containers.

Could you cut them diagonally and screw them to barn walls as shelves?

Symbolically drown effigies in them. Edit: Probably insufficiently transparent for full effect.

And yet she still said it, passing from well-meaning idiocy to having a tentative and hopeful go at deception. I’m not sure it matters which is worse...

Just watched it again. I’m sure the behind the scenes villains who run the world install incomprehensibly thick people like Liz Truss and Diane Abbott on purpose. I reckon they sit around quaffing rent boys and coke with the news on in the background and piss themselves laughing that they’re getting away with it.

I first realised Liz Truss was mental when she was justice sec. She just needs a nice Victorian walled garden to live and play in, away from people she can harm. That’s the dignified way to treat the unwell.
  19. The restoration of Tally Ho (Sampson Boat Co on youtube) is also good if you like that kind of thing.
  20. I'm helping dad with some fencing and firewood over christmas, maybe up to mid January. Fencing, firewood processing, firewood moving (lengths and/or final product), ideally some digging, general fetching and carrying. This is a list of everything we ideally want but missing some things is not the end of the world: Base machine of ≤5t digger or tractor small enough to get under a 10 foot canopy Post hole borer Post knocker Chipper (PTO, tracked or trailed) Hydraulic log splitter Digger grab/grapple/thumb or tractor loader bucket/clamp/forks Log arch Does anyone on here have any of the above stuff or know of any hirer who's good to deal with in the area please. No need to suggest Microplant, MTM or Turner thanks; we know all three. Clean, safe site. It's the garden effectively.
  21. From memory (might be wrong): Aggravated trespass is criminal. Along the lines of returning to land you've been booted off within three months and/or interfering with lawful business on the land. And armed or equipped is. I think with dogs used to be criminal?
