  5. being in my early stages of treehugging i tend to mismatch my cuts - i watched a video of yours from ages ago and noticed what you were doing excelant cuts - this video including explaination will aid me alot -- cheers ....
  6. just got these , very good and handy - wish i had them when i was at college few years ago , would have made learning so much easier - however as a student i didnt have a posh phone just a brick
  7. no stress doesnt work at all ... rollers work perect including stop,start,forward,reverse... probly not belts as just had engine replaced , so now and before new engine it was exactly the same as revs drop as you feed in (if it going to drop too much i stop start stop start rollers to keep revs up) sensor maybe - will have to sort it out - not a tool used everyday but still should sort it
  8. positive attitude always helps . even a shity day can turn round in the end
  9. i can probly forget that idea of wires near ignition as all engine / key start etc towards front has just been replaced out the box from honda - problems been there before and after engine repalcement is there any relays anywhere ? need to download a manual later just thought i ask in case anybody been thru it all before cheers

  11. no stress function just not working on my tw125 , worked when i got it but after 1day it decided , nar , im going to piss you off --- so been taking it easy any ideas people. once i get this problem sorted il be a happyier tree hugger , already replaced the engine the other week so this is hopefully the final chapter
  12. slightly off topic but i quoted for a very similar job recently up here , 30% reduction and a monster limb to remove to remove weight from a nasty split/crack/wound, no roads , just a stone wall , backlane and a field ... returned to drop in estimate and they had built raised veg beds under it ... thanks. my price was more than they expected .... they are waiting til later in year to do the job (maybe) - prevoius treeguys said it was to big and another said his ladder wouldnt be big enough --- hope they dont call now haha i can make more £££ doing small jobs on the ground in same time
  13. Owner just emailed to just go with the reduction. To be honest if it reduced or removed itl be the same amount of shade removed. Estimate to redo. I'd rather smash it down but a good climb around will be fun. Take longer and cost less money but never mind. Il read up on tpo regs for the next time I'm stuck. Best pick a nice day jobs been on back burner for 6 months
  14. Yeah give me a shout if stuck. Is it just tipper or chipper as well? Cheers.
  15. Part of the proposal was to remove an ash that blocks solar panels and replant. The rest was granted in the remianing sections of property tbh i understand the TO dicision to offer the reducion to the canopy , its just the owner who isnt impressed, hence placing an appeal. still havent had any paper work thru the post but have gone onto planning porthole and had a read up. seems fairly strainght forward , in fact i could have been pointed to this ages ago by the council
  16. Bit of help needed. Had a section of work not granted permission , Any body ever had to put an appeal against it? Not havin much luck with replys from council in fact I've asked 3 times and get no reply from previous conversations
  17. yeah i would do that , just need to maybe speak face to face first ive got the pricing spot on - charge loads and if i get the job great , if not - pipe/slippers/fire/brew
  18. I spoke to Oliver's when was there today. They got a rayco at good price I can use and only just down the road. Orange plant will be handy for north of Tyne jobs. Cheers
  19. I'm at Arbtech Saturday to pick up my fixed chipper. I think there smaller rayco got nicked and they have replaced with a larger model which maybe a bit overkill for my needs. Thou boys n there big toys. Take it they are my best sources. Other plant places probly will just hire poor make equipment
  20. Looking for stump grinder hire between Newcastle/Durham. Any help would be great full. Actually was going to buy one but 2k engine bill for chipper just came in
