  1. Oh yeah. I hadn't looked at the numbers. That's funny!
  2. Yep. Perfect practice targets for the RAF and Artillery. Lock up their gates once they're all inside and night time then let 'em 'ave it!!
  3. Those look like slots for smuggling people in, if you ask me. Good job, you just need to add the sound proofing to muffle the screams!
  4. Interesting. Why a coil gun?
  5. I hope you made a note of the number plate, took a photo of their faces then battered hell out of them with a scaffold tube.
  6. Anyone see this. It's an American opinion poll but just a point of interest for us all. Hitch Hiker or Rope Wrench
  7. Good point Adam but the question was what device best suits a climber who wants to be able to climb DdRT or SRWP whilst in the tree. The HH works perfectly in both modes while the RW has to be removed from the line in order to work climb on the HC system. I realise it's not a big issue but if I regularly switched from double to single line during a job I'd want the easiest solution, HH is best suited to this.
  8. Strange place to ask this question. Rigging Forum.
  9. Why did you only fill it half way?
  10. So it sounds like the preference is for an air nail gun but how would I decide which one. I've just googled and prices vary from £27 to £389. Then there is the compressor and hoses to consider. The hoses are the thing that put me off the most. As I'm doing domestic work there is always the house to plug into.
  11. Roughly what is the shelf life of a gas canister?
  12. Maybe you guys can tell me because it's turning into a minefield for me. I've done a search but am no better informed. I want it primarily for Featheredge fencing and I don't do masses of fencing but it is increasing every month. So what are your opinions? I'd just like to know: 1. What you use. 2. Why Thanks.
  13. Horrible that it happened but nice to see that the gear we spend of money on really does work.
  14. What's the problem? I feel like that every day of the year now!
  15. Wow! What kind of helmet was it? Manufacturer may be interested in it for analysis. Now you have the great opportunity to get a Protos. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  16. I don't understand Ian. I'm not using a wrench. I was trying to illustrate going up and down the tree then in and out on branches. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  17. It does. If you leave the RW on after switching to DdRT it will be aplying friction to the rope making the system 'stiffer' to use. HH carries on acting as normal.
  18. Hitch Hiker would suit you best if that's how you roll because it doesn't need to be detached or changed to switch from DdRT to SRWP.
  19. Oh ok. In your photo you look just like an old neighbour of mine who bought some woodland recently. Although I was looking on my iPhone. Good luck.
  20. Result! Hopefully the cops gave them a good beating after filling in their reports.
  21. Excellent machine. Looks ugly, like everything is on the outside, but that makes it easy to work on. Very good build and design. Only hassle is it's not metric bolts etc. I'd have one if I didn't have a poxy 3.5t truck. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  22. This seems to be working quite well for the Israeli's! Could be expensive though. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  23. Razor, is your name Laura? If yes, look at my user name and you'll know who I am. Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  24. Hi Woodplans. Why did you choose the IM90? Thanks.
  25. GPMG and night vision goggles will sort them out! Put the fencing up afterwards incase you damage it with the strafing :laugh1: Apologies if that's a bit harsh.
