  1. I know a guy called Teak Builder. His brother is called Clay. It's true. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  2. Timberwolf190, I like that in theory but I guess you have to keep all that stuff on your left leg whilst working. These quite good ideas are the stepping stones to really great ideas. Well done!
  3. I made a proper loop to attach to the top of the Oxan. I couldn't be bothered to stitch it so I just used whipping twine to make tight loops an used a rubber carabiner corner trap to hold it at the top of the carabiner. Much better than clipping my chest to the bridge ring because now the advancement is better. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  4. A welfare unit means staff down time sitting on chairs. I recommend no welfare unit an remove the windows from the lorry to discourage sitting down. 😂😂😂 Hahaha! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  5. That's good advice. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  6. Wet. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  7. I need a processor on site for 1-3 days, depending on the speed of the machine. I can hire the machine or machine/operator. The biggest tree is about 31" DBH. Can anyone help? PLease PM me or call on 07834 414271. Thanks.
  8. I didn't order anything from Skyland Equipment and Mark pm'd me to say the things would be with me in a couple of days. It arrived the next morning! That's seriously good.
  9. So it seems. But I prefer to stay up high because I fell over dragging a branch last week. Dangerous place, the ground is.
  10. Yes. Works well today, standing in the door of a storage container. I'm sure that on Monday up a tree, it won't oil just to irritate me. 😄 Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  11. WTF! It's oiling on the undrilled side now as well. The damn saw hates me. All this hassle just to spite me. Oh well, at least it's oiling now. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  12. It worked! I'll now turn the bar to see if it oils on the indrilled side. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  13. Here is a photo of my bar. The oil hole isn't 'open' IMO because the middle piece of metal is in the way. Boo. I will now drill it a bit to see if that helps. Back in 5 minutes. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  14. I wonder if the rear AV spring problems are due to people dropping the saw on the lanyard. Surely it is not designed as a fall arrestor but exclusively as an AV spring. Also I think that every comment about the t540 verses the old 200t is a wasted post. The 200t is out of production and the only competitor for the t540 is the 201t. Just a thought.
  15. An oil adjust just above the exhaust? I didn't know about this. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  16. Yes. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  17. Maybe. I'll check. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  18. Protos! Am I beginning to sound like a broken record? 😂 Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  19. Yes yes, something like that but I can't find it now. Bloody funny! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  20. Don't bother trying. I have tried and it doesn't work at all. Not even nearly. Plus, the device may fail and you would fall to the ground.
  21. Oh yeah, 11.7mm from 13mm is a world apart! I was just about to get a length as well but my truck needs the money first. The wife will get a length instead!
  22. Gareth, cool avatar but I'm wondering why you are sticking the tree back together!
  23. That is awesome! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  24. Too right Al! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  25. I can't help with alarm advice but how did they get in to the container? Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
