  1. It's inappropriate to touch wood on a public forum. 😳 Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  2. Anyone know of a chip tip site in Horsham? Thanks. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  3. Very nice. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  4. You should be worried about this. My suggestion to avoid turning into a dementia riddled girl it to simply drink Rum from a glass bottle. Don't forget, I am a surgeon.
  5. I used to have a U1200 with a chipper on the back. Wished the chipper was on the front every day. The type of work we do changed slightly and the Mog become a massive money pit. Until that point it was brilliant and the best vehicle for the job.
  6. I spoke with my friend yesterday about this, she is an Optician and attractive. She recommended improving eye protection because I am at real risk of permanent eye damage which will be very uncomfortable I later life. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  7. For the record I am a surgeon. I went to college and bought a chainsaw, innit! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  8. As well as the plastic deteriorating and altering your oestrogen levels (turning you into a girl) you should consider legionnaires disease! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  9. I've also been thinking about a Kong Duck/tether to go under my Hitch Hiker. I saw a video of someone using a Metolius Daisy Chain thing as a tether and that worked well but I like the idea of finer adjustability. Only thing stopping me is the cost of the Duck. If it turns out to be more hassle than its worth (for me) it will be yet another piece of gear relegated to the box. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  10. Would you buy one though or stick with what you've got? Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  11. I meant "gut". Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  12. It's not the climbers experience that slows it down. It's the fact that one groundie is a spectator and the other has a massive guy! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  13. I absolutely love the look of this. The only question I have is how long do the friction parts last and how easy is it to change them? I know I depends how often on climbs. I used a Lockjack for years and changing the clutch is cheap and simple. Will the OAR be similar? Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  14. What, your leaving Chris already? Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  15. I don't own one but I've demoed it and by a country mile it is the best 6" chipper on the market, IMO. I don't approve if the grease nipple bank because I think opening up the machine means visual checks on everything else are done and some problems could be caught early. However, that's just a discipline issue. I would buy one without question. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  16. What he said. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  17. I have a mac so I use iMovie that was already installed. It's extremely easy to use (although I struggle cos I'm a tech retard!) Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  18. Don't forget that the Protos is rated to last a lot longer than the others so its actually not that much more money. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  19. That's what I was thinking Chris. Lets look at the evidence: She travels to visit him (and he doesn't visit her). She cooks. She appears to be financially independent. She's hot. He'll be a damn fool if he's not looking at the calendar and thinking of new shoes and a suit! Oh, what would the new thread be called? "The smooth & silky future of Mr & Mrs Silky" All the best Paul. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  20. Apparently the sole can be replaced if you do it before it wears through tho the grey mid sole.
  21. It's down to personal feel/fit. The Stein didn't feel comfy on my head so I wore the Petzl Vertex for years. Now I wear a Protos because I found it just as comfy and the ventilation and protection is better than the Petzl.
  22. The more you have fitted to it, the less wood chip can be carried. Also consider are you carrying two or three men. That will narrow your search further. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  23. I've never had the displeasure of owning one but do have sour childhood memories of holidays around Scotland in one. Damp, small, noisy, uncomfortable, broken down........ These days I find the Johansen's Hotel Guide and the Mr & Mrs Smith Hotel Guide much better for UK short breaks. 😂😂😘😜 Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
