  2. could also be the PRV (pressure relief valve ) lifting early or with a bit of muck in it worth getting it checked out
  3. swaped out the 25 on mine to the 18 for a job and hell they rip lol must put the 18on the64 soon !!!

I have couple of friends who did the course at plumpton and have nothing but good to say about it they are both self employed now and are doing well ! i went to plumpton doing machinery back in 1996-1999 and its a lovely place its very friendly they have very good industry links and the suroundings are A1 ! I would reccomend ringing them and going for a good lookround / chat maybe even the interveiw ? its better to have an offer on a place at oth and decline one than not to have a place at all Hope this helps David
  8. it may have hydrauliced ! ie drawn oil into the cylinders and this then stops the movment of the piston as oil is incompresable at best it needs the injectors out to check at worst it may have done rhe conecting rods in !
  9. I know of one valtra 8150 that has just had set of injectors at 7500 hours but otherwise is ace used to haul a Botex fowarder around

  11. i beleive in europe places in germany when i was out there at a friends they do this kinda thing quite alot ie wood is cut split bundled and delivered in the bundles and you then cut down to your log size or a guy comes and does it for you ! Just goes to showus how wood fired heating and firewood can be made to be mechanised and a slick operation !

  15. your top link ismore than likley a double acting ramand as such will need both ports on the spool block the spool blocks can be supplied with a detent which will hold the valve in one direction or the other under flow
  16. a spool block like this should do 3/8 BSP SINGLE LEVER SPOOL VALVE on eBay (end time 15-Feb-11 11:10:42 GMT)

  20. should be able to plumb ina stand along spool run off of that one with a free retun to the transmission housing as the stand alone spool will divert flow to two outlets and also alowoil to dump back via the return ! would be no more than £100 i would think

  22. our bolt on unit was around £3.5 k iirc ! does well for after market and the advantage is you buy brackets to fit your main fleet and the unit is transferable to different tractors !

  24. they are pricy but set up well there very good the farm on the estate here uses a bolt on unit for drilling mowuing rolling anything it works for they say its good ! better are the ones fitted from new but then your into a great deal of dosh ! Combined with the right software on puter they can do all sorts of usefull stuff well worht a good hard investigate
