  1. Tree fella hope you dont get to many jobs in fairlight or up round the castle or old town lol youll have fun round there with a mog ! but would be good to see one in Hastings area !
  2. In the ag trade too and i can tell you that they are legal in other countrys thats why there built ! why pay the extra well i guess its to get between jobs/fields /yard combine etc faster ! you can still buy most machines speced with 30 kph boxes ! use on motoryways as said befor is all down to construction and use regulations and lighting regs ! i know lots of 40 and 50 k front axle suspended trators used on the road ! how long before an accident happens and the investigation proves someone was going faster than 20mph/30kph in a machine which is lawfully only alowed to do that speed but has the potential for more?? (i have been as guilty of this in the past) all food for thought etc ! in germany alot of farmers haul there own grain etc to the mills and stores with twin trailers etc and they are all 50 kph etc ! thats why we can buy them here the market is there weather the laws in one country suite the machine offered is neither here or there as an operator or employer its oyur duty to follow the rules and regs or you are liable ! as said before can of worms ! also if the agricultrual tractor is primarly used for haulage og goods then your into white diesel terotry again ! this is all a bit heavy for a friday night !

  8. cant quite see but it looks if it is in slices may beable to just buy the slice you need maybe even able to get it bare to save money and use your internals ! other than that a good fab shop may be able to weld or bronze a piece or the broken bit back on but there would be issues with heat andstrength of the repair ! also you will have to strip it out to do it so you dont damae the seals etc !
  9. i should clarify i dont want them due to there invasive nature ! on the same lines japanesse knot weed and giant hogweed should also be extinct too !

  18. try people like Digbits they build buckets to order etc !
  19. shacking them works well but with a full or half full bucket its just greusomly nasty to the bushes etc ! usually crowding the bucket right closed and doing it owrks better than bucket open for some reason to get it started ! scratching it up into piles then moving it loose sounds best idea !
  20. yes tis quite funny the looks you get when you go down the road on strange plant !!!! i once had to drive a tractor and fowader in bottom gear back to the yard as someone else held up the rear end (had a flat no spare) with the tellehandler ! oh and i was loaded too ! hahahahahahah

  23. most of my digging roud the estate is in chalk to clay or chalky clay with flints and mostly narrow bucket work usually wet i e water pipes leaking lol
  24. you can get clay buckets which hav most of the sides missing to stop te suction also there was a guy making a bucket with a pusher in the back that you could eject the stuff stuck in there i have found that using the biggest digging bucket i have and only half filling it means it doesent get stuck so much but if your like me you will miss a half bucket and fill one up and have to dig it out ! lol or get big machine and a smaller one to clean the other bucket out lol ! http://www.digbits.co.uk/clay_spades.htm
