If you thought you were going straight into production cutting with not being familiar with the cutting spec,go stacking for say £30 a day and learn the spec.There is a great skill in cutting chestnut coppice and getting the most out of the stem,I spent a year in West Sussex and the cutters were very good (I was not the best but loved it).
  3. Yes indeed ☺️ Thanks the client is happy, to cut the bend we used the ladder on the straight bit,then made a frame work to carry the saw on the angle hope this makes sense
  4. As requested Wonky I can't believe how much difference there is on cutting speed and vibration,also a great service from Rob D. 36"GB Lo Pro Milling Bar, Stihl PMX Ripping Chains 3/8 .050 and GB Lo Pro Rim
  5. Had the first outing with the new GB bar and Sthil ripping chain from Rob D. What a difference, much easier cutting and lot less vibration
