  7. You could try English woodlands timber that's who I use never had a quality issue but tbh any one who knows face glazing would be comfortable with useing green oak if you need any advice on the face glazing pm me

  9. I would use tung oil over Danish outside Tung oil is the base for Danish oil but without the varnish in it I have done exterior jobs in the past with Danish and the varnish causes it to flake over time where as the tung oil doesn't
  10. Everyone loves the gate yet it's the easiest project I have done in years it was a replacment for a existing one so I had to copy it (well what was left of it ) customer was happy so that was great
  11. I do have a website but it's not built yet ( just too busy) The lock gates are in oak as most are now I thinks that's about the tenth set I've done now
