  1. Go for ordinary whey, you'll just end in paying extra coin for no noticeable benefit. I've tried both. Save the coin
  2. I have had both tennis and golfers in my left elbow. And tennis in my right. Golfers was from preacher curls too often. There is obviously something you do that strains your tendon. Find it, reduce it/cut it out, get to strengthening it using stretches/compound weight lifting program with plenty of rest in between. Oxygen doesn't deliver as well to the tendons as it does the muscle so improved blood flow will help it. This is where the weight training comes in but start off with nowt but the bar. Get the blood pumping around will increase healing. To end my post, all tendinitis that existed on me has now gone but I know if I do too much isolation movement on my bicep for example it will come back but not as easily. It did take a few months though.
  3. As big as a company Sugihara are. Could they not have shelled out on a decent banner? It's pretty dire looking and random and ........black
  4. Lol I don't stress. I just watch my intake and value my health, there's nothing wrong with that. It cuts out all the bull from guessing. And you don't lose or gain weight caused directly by stress. Over/under eating is a result of some not able to deal with said stress. Just like smoking
  5. I'm grown to be abit anal about weighing food and tracking it using MyFitnessPal. I even weigh ketchup I'm getting around 2700 and that's me losing slightly.
  6. I have the app but I prefer the site. Thank you Steve!
  7. EVERYTIME i go to load another page of arbtalk it tells me about the arbtalk app. It's rather very annoying to the point where I just refuse to visit arbtalk. I'm well aware there is an app so there's no need to tell me 40 times an hour. Is there anyway of turning this off does anyone know?
  8. Usually? Probably. Me? Nah. It's a case of not agreeing with their leisurely activity, NOT a way of life. I don't know the person who hunts the fox, but I can see them doing it and that's the bit I don't agree on. Just like when people take drugs for example. Are all the people that posted on the "drugs at work" thread deprived intellectuals?
  9. Anyone who goes to the Boxing Day hunts are a pile of cawks. How would they feel if I gathered up all my mates, chased them to their home and started ripping them to bits just to say after "well, that was fun. Now time for tea!" Stupid Posting photos as if you celebrate it! You should be ashamed of yourself!
  10. Considering OP has an inexpensive helmet, a Protos is hardly feasible in his situation.
  11. I take the tannins are bad for the horse?

    Ms181

Love my wee ms181 I use it for climbing sometimes if I don't have a climbing saw handy. Nice and light!

    Worn out saw?

I agree with what has been said regarding the bar/chain etc. sometimes when I haven't sharpened the chain right it will dig down as you say (my ms181). Even tilting the saw to the left/right to find a decent biting point. I know it's only a little saw but when it's on point I've took it to ash/beech bigger than the bar (14inch) and even though it requires a little patience it sometimes does surprise.
  14. Although it is a climbing helmet I love the steins over the petzls. Groundie helmets move on my head too much and I find em bulky (husky). Used with MRA Sordin earmuffs. Comfier over the petzl as well STEIN KASK HELMETS - Chainsaw - Headware Buy UK
  15. Hi EnglishBob I don't have the serial number handy but it is a 2005 model. I might just have to take you up on that offer!
  16. How would one go about setting the gap. No idea where to start looking. Lol
  17. Hi we have abit of a problem. In the middle of a big conifer job atm and weve had problems with the magic eye? Is it possible to clean/bypass it??
  18. I'm guessing that the picus didn't display what you wanted it to? Lol
  19. You Sir are a tree surgeons' dream come true (to some)
  20. Gawd this thread has rambled on enough, going in circles leading to nowhere. Everyone's came to the obvious conclusion don't do drugs at work... How many more times can it be said.
  21. The main reason I love shutdowns!
