  1. That's what I would say it was, either way the adverts are louder so you pay attention and it works. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. very good, very impressive he had to be as fit as a fiddle.
  3. I agree with you, yes the guy was a bit of a knob but he showed the police to be what they are. That is useless when confronted with anything other than straight forward ticketing. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I have my safe work ticket for moving livestock but that is for hire and reward, not sure about it for personal use. I done it in the republic of Ireland as that's where the beasts where that where being moved. As far as the exam go's very much like every other pointless exam, they talk to you about it then they ask you some questions then you pass. Nobody fails these tests unless you don't turn up.
  5. Yes those do look neat and professional.
  6. Very good, I would have to think of uniform or costume plus I would need some sidekicks! I could rule you out for a start but I think I could round up a few.
  7. Wasn't you mate you will see the other post.

  10. There would be alot more carnage on the road. How do you know that? Bad operating doesn't equal death that's bad driving. It would play a factor yes but because someone over looks servicing doesn't mean he's a killer. You kept going on about change. Should I start something similar to fathers for justice? Something like drivers for justice and we will start handcuffing ourselves. To VOSA car door handles. The way I see it is if they started shooting people for having a bald tyre you would be in agreement with it, and that would be simply because the system is set up that way. 11. Why would I not be qualified to draw comparisons, I unlike yourself have worked there for years. That's like me saying to you your not qualified to discuss roadtransport with someone like me. Get over yourself, the argument normally is that it's not the UK making these rules it's Europe. So why do certain country's clearly turn a blind eyes to the legislation? Spain might not give a monkeys when it comes to there cars and roads but the would leave the UK standing when it comes to getting there priority's rite.
  12. People will always take chances VOSA will never change it alone, I think the people of the UK in general look after there motors. You only have to look at other European country's like Spain and Italy. Britain's answer to everything is more enforcement whether it needs or not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Treequip come clean are you a VOSA man in your spare time. Or does your wife work for them? Or do you just love the uniform come on you can tell us! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. That looks some tool would love to see it in action. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. That would sound about rite, it is money well spent I would say. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. How could you change it? You tell me. Cause I don't know I can only change things from a personal perspective that's what I did. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. Well how about using common sense When enforcing these law use some discretion. All these laws are supposed to be there in the name of road safety, I see it more as a excuse to make vast sums of money, I have driven a lorry in nearly every country in Europe for over 10 years, and I have never seen vehicle enforcement on a scale like it is in the UK. How do other country's get by without such strict laws and fines. And as far as changing it I have by not driving long distance at all anymore, thats the only way to stay legal. It's a minefield of laws that change without notice nor warning. People like me has experienced it first hand, and am not talking running up and down a local road, in a transit with an Ifor Williams worrying about a cracked number plate. 18. That's the problem, people like you who think that's it's all good, they are great and there keeping our roads safer. Do you honestly believe that? They are a shower nit picking jobsworths, that think they know the in's and out's of everything when it comes roadtransport.
  19. Finally a man a man of my own heart, your rite in what you say. It's funny how there seems to be so much love for the government when it comes to shafting us. Other country's ie France, drivers stick together to fight for what they believe to rite. On the other hand in the UK we argue with each other about how rite the government is and that if you don't break the law you will nothing to worry about. Vosa are only doing there job am told, people say what would it be like if they where no Vosa, we will never know, Vostapo has a nice ring to it doesn't it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
