The main problem was dust and crap got into the rad and was difficult to clean but they have now put a 2nd cover over it to stop this you can just lift the main cover and under that there is a grate which is easy to clean. I think the model was T320 it's a bit smaller than the one in the picture which is the T770 I think it's mainly to do with the type of job your doing

Should have made the trip as that was about the sort of money I would have paid. I thought it would have gone for silly money

That's not what I was told by one of the managers who look after the trees in one of the hubs for UKPN

I think you will find that UKPN are taking on 2 cutters for each hub to cover work that is out of contract eg customer complaints etc....

We were about 10m away from the ditch and the ground was fairly dry but I stupidly spun the back wheels a little and broke the crust and it just sank like it was in quick sand! Think we are going to have to drag the timber/brash with a quad and chip it at the top. A big recovery lorry pulled us out with a big winch left about 7 ish in the end. Back Monday to finish hedge then we got to put a fence up along hedge line. Then clear all the trees along the a149 for another 250m then night work felling on the roundabout so we are going to be there a while

That's very similar to the saws that a guy tried to sell me the other day!
-
£17.50 to do the test and then once you have done the test you then call Cscs and pay for a card which is £36 I think? Then you should get the card within a 3 weeks. Once you have done the test and passed + payed for the card you can go on site with out the card in your hand just show your pass cert and they can log onto Cscs website and see that you have ordered the card.
All in all a pain in the bum but its worth having it. Just get the basic site operative card. But I do think that we (the industry)will need to go and sit the days course with Bali to get the white card

I had a guy (white van and a dog on a rope kind of guy
)
Turn up the office asking if I would be interested in any saws and or generators thought I would take a look and to slow him down so we could get his number plate! He opened the door to the van and he had 10 brand new stihl saws but they were so obvious fake
Cheap nasty plastic wrong type of on off switch nasty looking bar and chain etc...
I said no chance they are fake and he looked shocked and said he got 30 odd off eBay ( picked them up from peterbourgh)
Feel for the poor people who don't know any different and get had by him.

We can all see the problem the climber was not using a husky
-
The new husky top handle is out and being tested by a well know company that clear the power lines I hear on the grape vine that they are having a few problems. Also I think said company is taking orders for them but can't be so sure on that. I hope they hurry up other wise I will have to buy a 201t

I thought its was the Est doing it? They are on a winner getting paid for the land getting paid for doing the tree work and selling the timber
