That's what i was gonna say , I'd be quote happy travel a bit further but it's the pricing of the job! Time and money to go look at a job you may never get! If it's your usual area it's not so bad!

Work out your price and stick to it IMO! I recently priced to take two big oaks down for my partners uncle and said I was too expensive and he will get more quotes, I said ok! But I won't be lowering my price as I priced it right because he was family!
