Hi all, just a query I always thought that tree officers weren't supposed to recommend a tree surgeon when dealing with the public regarding there trees? Speaking to a client today and she said to me that the local tree officer came to look at a tree for her and also recommended a tree firm!! Which I personally don't agree with one bit!!!!
