  7. What a brilliant link.... my old website scored 5.9 I've changed my business name and status now so it's going to be switched off but very useful to see where you can improve for when I have my new site built.
  8. And that sums up why I can't decide. It boils down to this really..... Either it needs to sweat Or Be sold ..... sitting in the garage for when work comes along isn't good enough. *ironically just quoted to do a few large scale clearance jobs and if they come in that's £3.5 k of grinding
  9. No I dodnt sell it and decided to carry on but with A LOT of wholesale changes to my business! Best thing I could have done was streamline. The jo beau is such an awesome bit of kit and a good earner when it does go out... im really torn as what to do !
  10. Interesting read.... I can't decide wether to put the tracked jo beau back up for sale again or try and make it sweat. Difficult decision as there is a lot of capital tied up in it but when it does go out it makes good money .... It's only ever been used for work that I have generated but perhaps it's time to offer the service out to local companies (as others say they do succesfully). Or sell it 😕
  11. Nah. I'm glad it's got a good home now!! I can always buy a new one (well an 880 anyway!)
  12. Ms 088. Although the upside is that it went to a very good friend.
  13. Ace truck! Must be such a useful support (style) wagon? Have you got a mini workshop in there or is it simply a case of transporting kit?
  14. Big J, do you use a .404 chain or is it possible to run the 880 with 3/8th ' s (change sprocket and use appropriate bar/chain)? Just wondering, as you could save that little extra timber from a smaller kerf.... also maybe faster chain speed (probably sharpening more often) Just a few thoughts!!!! P.s. seriously starting to regret selling my 088!!!!!
  15. Rob d sells it as an accessory on the alaskan mill/chainsaw bars website
  16. How about a 660/661 with heated handle. I've found warm hands don't tend to ache as much at the end of a days cutting.
  17. Wow. Those hollow forms are fantastic. Something I've not tried yet.... Do you run workshops TWiG?
  18. Jon, i'll go for a 32 ouncer before the rugby mate. Oh and I reckon I'm looking good at 31 if your 32 mate! ;-)
  19. Incredible timber. You must be thrilled with that?
