  1. Looks good David. Habitrunk, I might have to use that!
  2. Have a look at Caucasian wingnut Stubby...
  3. I thought the AA had acquired printing rights for the rat series? Might be worth calling them Monday...
  4. And if they did fall, would they have a clear route down or get hung up, and while on their way to hitting what?
  5. What'll its fate be? I see a path...
  6. Ah, I'm obviously off the ball. Good news in any case!
  7. Just noticed the app is working again - hurray! A celebratory pic, to check that's OK too... Three days later became...
  8. That'll be spangle galls...
  9. Any news on when we (or is it just me!?) will be able to post photos from an android device, or when the app might be up and running?
  10. Id imagine you can change that in you notification settings spud
  11. Good idea Mr Leach, but the same thing is happening - 'choose files' turns red when I touch it, but that's it. I can insert other media, like the image above, but only pics which I have posted in the past...
  12. Thanks for taking the time Daniël, the video did work. It is exactly the same for me up to the point the 'click to choose files' turns red, then nothing happens for me.... Im using Firefox, off now to try a different browser...
  13. BEen trying to get used to the mobile view on, well, my mobile. Not tried my laptop yet. It seems to do everything quite slowly on my mobile (android ), and I can't upload photos. I must say I preferred using the app! If I select 'click to choose files' it asks if Firefox can have permission to record audio. Odd, I thought, but agreed anyway. Now nothing happens when I select it. If I select 'insert other media' I can only choose from a list of photos which I have previously uploaded to arbtalk. How do I upload new photos?
  14. Are you specifying the fencing or trying to follow an AMS/TPP? If the former, I'd say take the site specific circumstances into account, be reasonable and justify your reasoning. In a similar situation not long ago I spec'd no fence or additional ground protection on a parking area with a TPO tree, but a protective wooden box guard around the stem to protect from impact from delivery lorries. If the latter, contact the document's author and ask them if it isn't clear; I'd say breaking up a good hard surface to drive in temporary posts is quite unreasonable!
  15. Ah, oh well. May have to try the slowly slowly approach then!
  16. Anyone have any experience with cutting rosemary back pretty hard? My in laws have a sizable one which keeled over under the weight of snow a fews years back, and its gone from up against the fence to invading the narrow garden. It's about 1.5m tall and maybe 2m wide, with the stem/root right to one side (rather than in the middle). I'd like to cut back about half the width, not too fussed about the top though, maybe stake it back more upright too. Will an otherwise healthy rosemary deal with this OK? Will it sprout from the stem (40mm ish diameter) if it's exposed to the light by the pruning? Thanks in advance...

    Chard...

I'll give that a go Muttley cheers. I really want to like this stuff! Bit like seafood, I've spent years trying as much as I can as I feel that I am missing out on a whole gastronomic family by not liking it. It mostly just tastes of seawater, especially the shellfish...
