Spent the day driving around today, hours drive to the customers pick up his trailer hours drive to coppards to pick up the stump grinder hour back, grind the stump down 2 feet then an hour back to coppards, hour back to drop of the trailer then an hour home, and he complains that I've charged traveling time. Well I'm not picking it up for free cheeky bugger
  2. Oops, its still open as usual just the oil tank and shed went + one car. But other than that pub still open for business
  3. Summer is better for are view but quess its still good for them as your the old ones in a vest to look at, at this time of year, makes my odds better at least
  4. Just 3 cups of coffee but the scenery if you get my drift made up for it. And i don't think the mother appreciated to much me coming over for dinner, she had just cleaned the bathroom. oops
  5. Got a call sunday night asking if i could pop in and sort out 7 Ash's at a local that had been set a light when the Oil tank went up in flames taking with it 1 car, next door nabours shed and tree house. I finished the day being covered head to toe in soot
  6. Hi i have had type 1 diabetes since i was 14, 22 now and find climbing trees one of the best things to do, I find i hardly have to inject anything all day for what I'm eating while at work. Usually make the mistake of eating something big on the way home and not injecting before eating so its back up by the time i get home. I also try to keep some none melting sweets in my pocket for up the tree just incase. But agree with the fruit juice, seems to keep you going. I try to aim for my sugar levels to be around 10 before i start as doesn't take to long for them to start getting low.
  7. Shame this offer didn't pop up last year, would have be very tempted, love the country, maybe if all goes tits up in the uk

  13. Customer has a privet hedge with honey fungus and is we have dug out the infected ones but with there still being roots left in it will be a matter of time before it spreads. Question is what can she replant with which doesn't have a glossy leaf and is not prone to honey fungus??

  20. Just started these the other week, fort i might as well get round to ticking them off, learnt a few new knots variations. interesting the cycles to failure on the ropes and how much the ropes are weakened with knots and angles. Thets see what other bits i pick up on
