  5. I was chatting to a guy today and he said to me "what do you think about red diesel being phased out in jan 2012?" I said "you're joking!" But apparently he was deadly serious. I've had a quick search but can't find anything relevant so can anyone shed any light on this? Or am I being wound up? Cheers

  8. Hi John, friend had a lucas mill but bit of a performance putting it up & dismantling in rear gardens. What sort of fee would you be looking for? What model is your woodmizer? Is it up for hire or sale? Cheers Stu
  9. I doubt you'll see me driving it, i have a very good guy that drives the mog its become his baby, he loves it more than his girlfriend.
  10. Yeah good. Replaced the air brake hoses and master cylinder within the first couple of weeks. Recently sorted out the hydraulic hoses for trailer hitch and going in for new paint job next Wednesday so should look great when it's done. We pulled a farm grain trailer moving log and chip which worked really well so all good so far.

  13. We've work at Lee Evans place but like most other contractors they pay the going rate.
  14. I'm have an enquiry for 200-300ft of 6-8" Dia. timber cut into 2-3ft lengths. Any timber will be fine. Can anyone supply? If so, how much would you charge delivered to Chelmsford, Essex. Also looking for seasoned hardwood logs, either split or ready for my guys to split - delivered or local collection (within 30 mile radius of Chelmsford). Cheers guys

  18. Hi All, I’m looking to purchase a second hand mobile saw mill something like a Wood-Mizer or similar plus a log crosscut saw. If you have any constructive advice on make/models to look out for it would be good to hear from you. Obviously if you have a saw for sale DM me. Cheers

  24. Just renewed my insurance with Arbinsure (Bartletts) second year with them having previously been insured with Bryant Kesek for many years. No claims during past two years and staff have always been very helpful.
