  1. You're on it now b0D, just thinking about that job knackers me.
  2. Just a wild guess.
  3. Well Price is definitely a gypsy name but I'd be surprised they would be using it if they are dodgy. I'll hazard a guess at the East Ham or Dagenham area?
  4. All eleven n half stone of me needs feeding.
  5. Nah, I'll just be in trench longer than I would like.
  6. Just one more thing...
  7. Yep, if it comes off it'll be big girls pants on, and crack on.
  8. I'd be in there getting trench boxes in and laying the deep drainage, not something I'd relish, but I'm sure things will get tough in short time.
  9. What are you going to do if you should be so lucky to find them?, I've no idea who ripped your neighbor off and damaged your property, but I'm sure they won't be compensating you.
  10. Universal Credit?
  11. If you are on top of your paperwork, what ya think Mr Johnson? I've got a lass who does it for me, she bollocks me for not getting everything over to her more than the ex missus did.
  12. I know, and I should know better. now do one...
  13. Who can't spell...
  14. I've probably missed this, is he a Bulldog?
  15. This was what I thought, but couldn't find a devinative answer.
  16. Sorry David, it was a 'sitter' I couldn't resist. Great looking dog mind.
  17. He's a big'un, and the dog...
  18. It's not that easy on this one Saul, it's site work with what seems to be a good run of work. It's £200/day, if I tried to push another 20% I'd be laughed off the job. I'm just thinking things might get hard come the new year and a steady income would be good idea. Although I don't really like site work I have to pay the bills and feed my belly.
  19. I'm kept upto date by my brothers who both live outside the city, but are still close enough to know what's going on, they ain't really city lads now, like myself, but when I went to a mates funeral just back there were some rum, and I mean rum lads there, when they told me not to go up town of a night I knew it's got out of control.
  20. I like you will have worked with people of all nationalities and not had any problems, but when I'd be worried to walk about in certain places in my home city due to the Asian gangs something has gone terribly wrong.
  21. You can't say that to the lad!, well actually you just did. He'll be scarred for life now.
  22. If I take the work it would be as a freelancer, it's CIS or nothing on this one. I've spoke to the bloke this morning he's got three sites on the go around here with what he says is at least two years work, and the money ain't bad. I've just never worked on CIS.

    CIS

Anyone been on CIS?, I know that you get stopped 20% at source which doesn't sit well with me but hey ho. I presume when you put your ex's in you get a rebate? I've had a look at the Gov. website and it's as clear as mud.
  24. You asked me if I'd prefer (or words to that affect) a Johnson, or Corbyn government, I think.
  25. I didn't align with either leaders, it's not difficult.
