  3. I same one. Sure it said 30ctw on it some where... will look back now.
  4. Where are you? Try dick leigh at barrow. Might be able to help, depends if parts are avaliable.
  5. Spud. What compression should i expect on the hs80 hedge trimmer? Cheers
  6. Not on my bench yet... and unsure what to do with it yet but i have a hs80 hedge trimmer thats a pita to start, also on off switch doesnt work anymore, play in bushes? For rear handle. Cant remember if it was ok when i got it or not, which was a while age, but seems like its never been right since i lent it someone Anyhow can take 10-12 pulls wih choke on to fire... Spend 100 on getting it fixed... or put towards a new one... Runs fine when running
  7. So everyones buggered. Those doing tree work with mogs and carrying load etc are falling foul of regs... yet how come councils etc get people in with machinery that falls foul of regs? So were stuck with o licence or 3.5t trucks...?
  8. Thread from earlier, not sure if it him selling or not? http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/milling-forum/54053-e-bay.html
  9. What mill? The one with 3 051s ? If so its a guy on here selling it i think
  10. Its not too bad here, was forcast snow but its not here Means can get a few domestic jobs out of the way
  11. That is correct. And thank you
  12. You must have worked for some good people then
  13. I agree there are a lot of people in this industry, some will stick at it, some wont. But can i say this and not start a debate/ argument please? There has to be new people to come into the industry for it to continue, what happens when you 40 odd year olds retire etc? And most on here are 40 or over... there is a big void. People who say they will still b climbing at 70 need their heads turning another 1/4 turn to make sure its screwed on. I certainly want to be retired long before then Some new lads need a break and an opportunity, not older tree surgeons getting annoyed that someone new is in the area...
  14. Totally agree, love old style mechanical, not electrics and technology
  15. Its a pain when trucks play up! Likewise i have an ldv and its one hell of a truck, refuse to sell it! I also have a crew cab iveco. Was looking into changing the iveco but 5k doesnt get you when you look at trucks, need to spend 7-9k so thought bugger that! Better the devil you know! Hope you do get sorted and smooth running soon P.s reason i didnt get a transit was due to injector pumps and dual mass flywheels.
  16. Wouldnt let me do i on my kindle... will try again
  17. Yup. Hmmmmmmm im in same boat it i were looking for one
  18. You familiar with the going rates lol
  19. He wouldnt get that up here tony!
  20. Battery husky for you?
  21. Exactly! I was born a few decades to late 70's 80's and 90's would have been great to work in!
  22. Was it your first site clearance? You should know what they want which suggests it was your first? Some sites will differ but most sites want same docs each and every job you do.
  23. Fake sorry
  24. Yup same here. Finished long ago with imo crappy aftermarket. If it wants fixing fix it with something new! And oem!
  25. Wish there was a bit more of a price difference. But i do see the advantage of weight etc.... is 1.1 kg giving to make that much of a difference? Was looking at the battery husky top handle but this also looks good
