    not happy

hi all, i look after the grounds for some residential care homes,we have an area that has been used as a rubbish dump for about 5 years and was asked for quotes to remove the waste, ie grass cuttings, logs, leaves and general rubbish. there was a huge heap, ie 3 ro,ro s full at least. well i didnt get the job , but some other guys did. damage to lawns, smashed glass in greenhouse, broken overflow pipe from one of the rooms, broken pots, trashed plants/shrubs, waste material left in flower beds etc, you get the picture. ok some damage was to be expected, ie lawns etc, but surely this should have been included in the quote, to make good any damage to lawns etc. my quote included making good any damage. thoughts please as i am fuming at the mess caused with no promise of damage being put right and i am under pressure to keep the grounds looking tip top all year round,, cheers mike
  22. ive got its slightly older brother the 371 xp, great saw, nice mid range power, seems to like an 18" bar the best , nice and balanced, but i do run a 28" for some jobs and it copes very well, providing my sharpening is spot on. hope this helps
  23. great little saw, i bought mine mainly for cutting fire wood, but have used it for felling and it has always done me proud
  24. many thanks for the information lads, put new clutch springs in today and now the saw is right as rain :thumbup:mike
