  1. Would expect the Foden to have a payload of 8-8, 1/2 ton as it,s fitted with a crane.Fodens always have a good payload.

  5. Gave the crane a try out yesterday, excellent having that extra reach:thumbup:
  6. Got the crane sorted and mounted, just needs pipes for the slew making, crane looks long , it,s 6 metres and the trailer is short, will be just the job for thinnings.

  11. IF we get another crane, this one will be for sale, but i would rather fit a more modern slew and keep it, as it is a lovely crane to use when the slew is working.
  12. Looking for a secondhand timber crane to mount on a forwarding trailer, or a crane base, slew,kingpost to fix the crane we have. even an old roofmount would do or just the slew. Here is a photo of the crane that needs a new slew, we are going to covert it to slewpots.

  16. It,s just fantastic been in the woods, challenging a lot of the time! But spending so much time surrounded by nature make me happy . Could make much more money doing other stuff and not be happy.
  17. Been wondering whether to keep the Osa as the job it,s on finishes in a few months time. Wondered if i,d be better off with a tractor and forwarding trailer as i still have the Bruunett for the rougher terrain sites.
