  1. No doubt Osama was a planner and a idol for some extreme islamic fundamentalists. Yes his demise is regarded as a achievement in the west but sadly we have made him a martadom. All profits graves regarded by islam have been damaged as they don't believe in shrines as such. Buy burying him quickly within the islamic time frame was very good buy the americans although dumping him over board (sea burial) did raise a few eyebrows with some of my friends. I think that the media do more damage than good as i see daily people moaning about muslims and how they are all bad. It annoys me that its not really a group of people just someone's interpretation of jihad within the Quran. No worse than some peoples interpretation of the bible.
  2. I've been using Lyon bags for a number of years and can't fault them. They are very durable bags. Reg - Nice idea i like the look of it.

  8. I've got a trick job coming up soon which has a tight drop zone and a slope. So i tested out my own kind of built vert speedline. So that tree was coming out so i had a play with it to see if it captured the wood enough at the base. I fed the lifting eye into the system at the base so it couldn't escape off the line. I won't use a pulley block in the top again tho as it creates a bit too much slack in the line i might thread a bit of lowering rope through it instead. I just kind of larks footed it at the base to give a stop point at the base. I definatly has its place but only when you don't want chogs running away:thumbup1:

Just wondering if you could shed some light on your main line configuration? I saw in the dmm configuration and Horrible dead red oak video that you seemed to have a hitchclimber balancing inbetween a sirus loop???? (or pictures of it) Just wondering.
