  5. Universal Engine Power are in Great Dunmow, 08442092506.
  6. Hope this helps. Red Teeth® The Red Teeth® offer a tremendous sheering action, which in return reduces the amount of horsepower needed to cut a stump. The Red Teeth® are the best choice for clean soils. Green Teeth® The Green Teeth® excel while cutting stumps in unfavorable conditions, due to an increased carbide thickness on top of the tooth. Using the Green Teeth® still offers a reduction in horsepower needed while also offering an increased toughness. The Green Teeth® are the right choice for cutting in rocky soils. The main difference between the red and green teeth is the depth of the carbide dish. The grade of carbide used, method of construction, and the materials that they are manufactured with remain consistent throughout the Greenteeth® line. ________________________________________ Dean.
  7. I'm jealous, was at Cadwell last week for four days & will be at Donington still.
  8. Suggest you buy a Bandit! Call Mark Jibson on 07730 000660 and we can arrange a demo with a machine which would suit your needs.
  9. We understand you are looking for a small stump grinder similar to a Carlton SP2010. We do an equivalent model which is the Bandit HB20. Please call Mark Jibson on 07730 000660 and I would be pleased to discuss this with you further and arrange a demonstration. We are also attending the APF show on stand number 1920-2000 should you be planning to visit.
  10. Stuart just to clarify, the picture attached is the 2550xp (45hp) so ignore the swing out station as this is not applicable on the 2250xp. Regarding the the difference, the cutterwheel on the 2250xp is 20" x 1" thick instead of 14" x 3/8 thick on the HB20. This means the wheel has alot more momentum when grinding enabling production. All Bandit grinders except the 2250xp are available with radio remote & tether control so you do not need to stand at the side of the machine, it is not available on the 2250xp as this is built with budget in mind. The grinder is not a narrow access machine at 35" although there is now an option for approx £350 extra.
  11. Thanks, we have a couple coming for the APF exactly like the picture ut don't think we will have them long.
  12. Every Bandit machine built comes standard with 5yr guts warranty, there is no added cost for this & it is not an extra option. The 4" gravity fed chipper with 18hp engine and a 7 x 15 1/2 opening is £4995. You can purchase this for as little as £16 per week on 0% finance. These options are available on every model we produce. Dean.
  13. Have a look at a Bandit chipper, 4" gravity fed upto what size you like. 0% finance available upto 5 yrs complete with a guts warranty on the build of the machine for the whole term of the finance:thumbup1:
  14. Our Bandit pto chippers are as follows:- 6" = 20-45hp 9" = 30-60hp 12" = 50-100hp Also pay consideration to lift capcity. New & used currently for sale.
  15. Peter see my previous thread on the Bandit 2250xp as the same question was asked there.
  16. Lee prices are dependant on spec, generally budget figures are £21K-£27K. I'll check for video.
  17. I would like to introduce yet another new model to compliment the Bandit range of stump grinders, this is called the 2550XP and brings the range up to Fifteen different models. This machine is developed with the same technology as the 2250xp using a hydrostatic motor to drive the cutterwheel eliminating all belts, bearings, clutch, tensioning system and jackshaft. The cutterwheel is put into gear via one simple lever. Powered by a 45hp Kubota turbo diesel engine this model has stacks of grunt and with a 50” swing arc, there is less need to keep re-positioning. Std fitments are Greenteeth, swing out operators station, debris curtains, hour meter & dual wheels. Other options available are: • 4WD • In built hydraulic pressure check system • Radio remote • Hydraulic grading blade • Sandvik cutterwheel • Six optional colours to choose from at no extra cost or your own company colours Regards, Dean Embling Sales Consultant Global Recycling Solutions Limited Cook House, Brunel Drive, Newark, Notts. 20. Had a look today for a GT application on P28 but not listed, either not available or not possible without changing cutter wheel. sorry.
  21. No never, Greenteeth are usually graded on horsepower, we only use 700 series upto approx 35hp above that they are 900 series. 1100 series approx 80hp and above. it is easy to check out the configuration of any machine listed with GT, I will check & come back to you shortly.
  22. John not sure about the Rayco but all finger teeth & greenteeth are interchangable on Bandit equipment, we can supply measurements of the pockets etc if required + all in stock.
  23. I have had both manual & auto 06 plate Navara's, we still run both within the company. The auto has just hit 220,000K & the manual I run has just clocked 139,000 today with only general servicing, brakes & battery. I get 29 out of mine but the auto is approx 10 less than that, anywhere between 300-400 miles to the tank even if towing all the time which I do. The auto 06 plate has had Two wheel bearings only, I would buy another.
  24. All - the long awaited Bandit model 18SVC (screen vacuum chipper) will be on show at the APF this year. The Bandit SVC is a very different type of drum-style chipper designed for global biomass markets, where specifically sized wood chips are often required. To accomplish this, the Bandit SVC uses a screen in the drum housing that only allows material to exit once it has been chipped to the desired size. The screen is easily accessible and a variety of screen sizes are offered, allowing the SVC to serve the needs of virtually any end user. It also features a unique top-load discharge chute that sends chips up and over to forcibly load open-top trailers, and it utilizes a vacuum to maximize the flow rate of material going through the chipper and out the chute. The SVC will be available as a series of machines with different engine options and varying capacities, depending on the material being processed Call us for further information or post a question and we will respond.
  25. 18x Greenteeth or available with Tomahawk teeth which are a beefed up finger tooth.
