  1. I would like to know how it compares to the Bandit 75xp, oh I already do:lol:
  2. Greg give Andy a call, he is our tech man. In the office all week 01636594360 or 07764986912.
  3. Give me a shout if you want to see any of our products, any chipper from 4" to 36", trailed, tracked or pto.
  4. We have confidentiality clauses written in all our contracts to the point where if we leave our jobs we are not supposed to work in the industry for six months afterwards. I guess enforcing this is a different matter but the higher up the laddwer you are the more serious it becomes. This can definitely be enforced as I have witnessed it first hand twice now.
  5. I am due to go to America next month & hoping to to see aloft of new ideas as it is the 30th anniversary. I have heard hints of changes but the pace they sell at they might not want to change much. Do you have any suggestions you want me to put forward or have I just opened myself to a barrel of s***?
  6. I have posted once before but just wanted to clarify that Global Recycling have been appointed as dealers for the Multitek range of equipment for all the UK & Ireland. This fits in nicely with our existing ranges of American equipment as it is well built & top of the range. We have some processors on order & will hopefully be showing at the Confor Woodland show in September. For more info please visit the link, any questions please contact me anytime. 7. Many thanks John for visiting at the show over the weekend & I am confident you made the right decision, will be in touch shortly.
  8. Let me know if you would like to look at the 75xp(7") or the 90xp(9") but remember our chippers are not comparible with most so you can usually downsize. The 7" has a 7" x 12" opening so probably best starting there as this will keep 2/3 men busy.
  9. Although I am biased:001_smile:I still think the HB20 has the edge in the marketplace,I think this is the best all rounder if you are only having one grinder. Small 13hp grinders are great for carrying to minimal access jobs but can be hard work on larger stumps if done regular, large grinders have access problems but are great for ease of use. The HB20 gets into most places & has no limitations on stump size, probably as large as you can go with a pedestrian grinder with that hp that is self propelled. Hydraulically braked & driven it has it all, watch this space for a few further enhancements shortly:thumbup1:
  10. We enjoyed the show very much as a first time exhibitor there, the weather held out & it was good to meet a few more of you. Apologies for not getting round but this is usually the case when exhibiting, following a few sales we will definately be visiting next time.
  11. Make sure you have a demo with the Bandit 75xp before you make a decision.
  12. I wonder where this idea has come from, it's not long ago the swivel idea was being slated by the industry. It will not be long before everyone has a hydraulic drive grinder also.
  13. looks like a bandit 75xp narrow version, 48" width.
  14. Very often got a chipper at home, let me know next time.
  15. Quite touching, dogs are the best.
  16. Nick, the two grinders are not really comparable & too many people make this mistake, as you rightly say it is important not to make a regrettable decision. Although both machines are manual pedestrian & 13hp that's where it ends, our machines as a whole are never 'like for like'. The Rayco is a good machine but a lot smaller & cuts to 13" unlike ours at 22", please read the specs & do your research beforehand.
  17. Hi Rob I am Dean & live in Gonerby & work in Newark. We have some 4" chippers there if you would like to view sometime or just pop in for a coffee.
  18. All proportional hydraulics, even though the up/down is on a rocker switch it has bump control which is a preset depth control when grinding. 3 speed tracking. Prices are currently £36K & £46K.
  19. A few more pics.
  20. Again these things you mention were customer preference, the Greentooth wheel was just a template until the Bandit revolution wheel arrived & direct drive was also preferable.
  21. Dependant on spec it varies but generally as a GRSL build £33K + vat, there are variations from Bandit including a 48" wide machine but they can go up to £42K + vat.
  22. only around 100kgs.
  23. Not on this particular model as it wasn't required but we do offer as an option as below.
  24. The pictures are still work in progress, it is difficult to say with larger grinders & chippers but I think as there are so little spread around compared with smaller machines there is more chance of securing the work that does become available. I have a few customers that secure a lot of land clearance contracts.
  25. That is a typical example of a Bandit owner, without ringing you have to think 'we haven't heard anything for a while have they still got the machine'
