  4. Nice how the attachment says DVSA 'think', but it can only be decided in court. This means you will have to argue with DVSA in court if your brave enough, most of these are landmark cases & no one knows until someone has been to court. For sure after Sept 10th you will get pulled by DVSA as they are now self funding & there are Sixteen pages of penalties of which you have to pay at the roadside by chip & pin or run the risk of your vehicle being impounded. If you are 3.5tonnes or more, travelling more than 50km & its for hire or reward I would sit the CPC, DVsa will know where your vehicles are registered.
  5. Pink lovely Pink
  6. The current legislation won't allow you to sit cpc if you don't have Cat C on your license also. Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk mobile app

  13. On the outside looking in, whilst TW & GM continue squabbling in the 6" market Forst are stealing your business. People say there is no business in the large chipper market but I'm glad I'm not this market, NIGHTMARE

  23. Basically the Red teeth are more aggressive due to having a deeper concave on the carbide tip, these are generally used in sandy soils or where there is less than 25% rock. On the other hand the Greentooth is more durable to rock as the tooth tip is more shallow. Both are made by 'Greenteeth'.
