  9. wonder if you are overthinking things?
  10. think you can live in a touring caravan as long as you move it a bit every 3mths, only problem being it tends to pee planners off so they refuse everything from you then. if you can prove you are using it for agriculture/forestry/hort (not just a yard) and show a business plan and reason you 'need' to live on the site they should let you use a static caravan for 3-5yrs to see if it is working and to show books before you can apply to build a decent dwelling.. hope this helps.
  11. that looks a neat set-up..
  12. not quite bbq you looking for but last year a guy i know and deliver logs to commissioned a builder to make him a pizza oven in his garden, circular base with domed roof approx 2m high, all lined with firebricks, i just happened to be delivering some wood to him one afternoon when he had a tray of pork belly ready, man was that good grub.. it was their 3rd tray that afternoon and they were all sat around with full guts bursing at the seams..
  13. some old bloke at petrol station got talking landies while i was stuck inflating a tyre, he had just taken his wraparound bullbar off his 110 as he had been told it was now illegal, am i right in thinking thats only for new vehicles? and new ones can still have Abars fitted anyway?
  14. phew all that running an jumping is too much, i get a headache if i stand up too fast.. might go have a nice liedown and take a breather..
  15. had time to watch it for once, colours got more intense as it disappeared, all from my front doorstep with a pot o tea..
  16. you shouldnt need the training rob, i'll show you how to pass, when you come to pick up your executive chair we'll get disco and ifor trailer and have a practice course if you want. then its just like a driving test for half hour. save money just paying for test..
  17. we have problem occasionally, they obviously have a grudge with one of our neighbours, mirrors ragged off, key lines, tinned tomatos poured over roof, plates stolen, tyres slashed/deflated etc, never had disco touched even when they key the whole line of cars they seem to miss ours.. pays to be nice to everyone.
