i was at the exhaust shop last week, i tore the flange right off the box and stuck on a droopy tail after giving it some fair dolleying. its sweet now.

a couple of years ago we had a 2ft syccie ring 'get away from us' down a steep hill, it picked up speed heading toward the main road.. faster and faster missing all the trees then shot through the privet hedge and CRASH.. into the passenger door of my old 110hicap. the week after my bro reversed through a drystone wall learning clutch control. you couldn't tell which dint was recent or came with the motor when i got it haha

i'd be putting a shelf in halfway up (or offering it for a bit extra) to get a good rotation, that way they can order more before they run out:thumbup1:

dead easy, i called treequip (andy) from on here and he did it for a modest sum. i'm still learning the labour saving power of hydraulics:thumbup1:

i got the same email, i think this guy rang me last week too telling me i was narrow minded just selling english logs.! why would i buy his foreign imported logs? i'm struggling to sell my own haha, i've got a yard full of rings.

i'll second that, was walking round their yard a few weeks ago looking for a grab for 360 and got distracted by the processors, look well made and good company to deal with, some nice kit outside and the workshops are something else:thumbup: -
haha i only recognised it as my first strops were made of it, gosh them 3strand prussic loops were hard work on the 3strand strops. i'm not a shiny gadget guy, blakes and prussic for me but don't i hear about it..

What's your favorite tree to work on / look at?

my faves for working on are any tall straight tree you can run up on spikes skinning them with the 200t on the way up, bash out the top and come back down in 6ft chogs. done before the cuppa goes cold. my faves for looking at? maybe these beasts.. -
i used to get white finger years ago from the cold and bad circulation but i'm fine now, strange eh?

i don't suffer from hav's, but used a branch of stumpbusters darn saaf and the guy had been using hand controlled machines for years and didn't like the remote controlled machines, he has it bad, told me he gets the shakes in the evenings too from the vibes. not good:thumbdown: nice guy too

they are the dogs danglies if you are looking for a very light 4x4, i see them being used on the landy trials and the only reason they don't win is the owners are usually scared of scratching their 56plate motor on the gorse, will fit through any gap between trees and given decent tyres are good in mud. i saw one today (owned by a local garage) being thrashed mercilessly and it seemed pretty quick (much quicker than its predecessor SJ413)

the customer thinks you/the lads are a driving god(s) for being the only trailer to reverse the entire tight uphill twisty driveway without burning out a clutch or taking out the gateposts. and they can drive a caravan!
