  1. We should be legally allowed to drive the 6 ton vehicles on a normal license as its no different from the 3.5 tonners. The reason is simple, you are a money making human being and they will use every possible way of taking money from you !. You dont really think this country wants to help anyone do you?. They have created a system which keeps us in perpetual debt, what ever you do to try and better your life they have a tax system in place or law which will mean you will technically always have to operate illegally or you cant even move !. I can guarantee there is not one single company in the history of this country that has operated 100% legal all of the time. The system does not allow it, its the gray area that we operate in. How many business get taught the laws that affect them ?........... Even when. you seek the information its vague. Anyway thats enough coffee for me this is just another way of hitting you in the pocket, fair play for actually taking dangerous drivers off the road etc but lets be honest, most will be hard working small business trying to survive under the mountain of legislation and red tape.
  2. I get 20-30mbs on my 4g phone no need for wifi
  3. can u pm me costs for 700 lopros
  4. I think ultimately i will need to create sheets for mobile devices as i did it with my other site, but like you say not cheap but looks better. Ill have to ponder over the buttons, i also want the share buttons added so people can like the individual pages. I do really like where they are but the sites not for me Just added a banner good idea ?.
  5. We started with finger teeth and moved onto green teeth 700 lopro they do grind abit quicker than finger teeth but not anything special. the fact they are twice the price and not twice the productivity goes against them !. The only reason we stick with green teeth is because they are so much easier to swop over and they can be reground to a good sharpness, whereas finger teeth are shite and don't regrind well at all. it really is a 6 of 1 job
  6. With the media buttons i was thinking, keep those there but adding into the footer as well ?. Trying to get it to work on ipads phones and computers is a pain
  7. Sounds like you know what yuo want fella That aside what did you think of the general look of the site ?.
  8. All advice is respected, i appreciate you taking the time to share a little knowledge im a far better tree surgeon than web builder i know enough to make it work but then you can never know enough as google likes to change apples to oranges once in a while If you have any other advice pm me anytime, if it earns money its worth money ;p And big respect to you for working for a top uk firm, not an easy task
  9. It is for customer benefit and of course i aim for my target audience why would i want people searching in another county for information on a service i cant provide for them ?. Im very happy with my analytics i rank nicely and i have been through several google updates and remain consistent . There is nothing black about creating blogs which target my local customers and inform them of information that will be of use to them, but you have your opinion and i accept what you think. Do you have a website i may have a look at ?.

  13. True, But so have company's costs increased massively leaving even less spare money, combined with less money per job due to competition increaseing exponentially, there creates the current situation of low wages It is a shame that its such an undervalued industry

  15. What faults ?. im talking about the smallest 6inch tow behind specifically
  16. I looked into the cost of other chippers and brand new there can be upto 5-6000 different for another 6 inch machine and i just cant see the benefit .

  18. As above in the process of updating the old site, suggestions always welcome. Its not finished as we have some really cool unseen before stuff being added but it will take awhile to gather all the data needed. Tree Surgeon in Essex | T.H Tree Services | Tree Care
  19. I hear abit of slating about TW far to much, im on my second tw125 with the previous lasting over 10 years and retaining nearly £5000 in resale. My second which was new from the start is now over 2 years old and without fault. I always see TW offer excellent advice and maintain a presence on the forum and personally think that is outstanding service. Plus there machines are priced the best and perform as good as any other machine i have used. Just wanted to voice my appreciation of my chipper and for those looking for a great little chipper i have not found a better 6 inch chipper for the money
  20. you can run from home, if you claim for an office at home expect to be charged business rates on that room. After 7.30-8am weekdays anyone can make a noise, the amount of DIY I ignore from my neighbours, live and let live is the way. Tesco vans always block my shared drive for my neighbours unloading their food so unloading tools is no different. couriers store their motorbikes at home, a chipper is a two wheeled machine. most people have garden tools in the shed so how can they stop you storing garden tools regardless of use, you may need an 88 to trim the rose bush, no law says you only use clippers I had a complaint for storing less than half a ton of split logs outside, they caught me out when I said its for me, followed by well where's your chimney haha
  21. Cheers bud shall only be posting decent jobs with all the kit from now on
