  2. I've got a chute made from about 8 buckets stuck inside each other, just hook top handle over top of spout and works a treat
  3. I got the one with the bigger tank, 8l I think it was.
  4. Not got it anymore, it was the 8x5. Had a big ram on it, had it loaded with wood. always tipped fine, had greedy boards fitted to it, used to load it right to the top!
  5. I fitted one of these to my ifor williams tipping trailer as the original was knackered, worked great, easy to fit too.
  6. I highly recommend RJ Adams in Shropshire. They sorted my stress control on my chipper. Needed a new circuit board, which they sorted through the post. Also afterwards needed help with the wiring which was a mess. So thanks Roger for the time you spent helping me out, and the numerous emails! Worked a treat today.
  7. Cheers, yeah I've been talking to an engineer at redwood, he took a while getting back to me, just thought it worth asking here too, incase anyone had a similar problem.
  8. Hi, having bit of a nightmare with stress control on me chipper. Trying to get it to work. New sensor, new valve and solenoid fitted. When I go to set the control with the buttons on the control box H7 doesn't light up or flash when setting high revs. H6 does when setting lower revs. Does this mean I need a new circuit board? Starting to do my head in! Thought it'll be easy fix, sensor and valve/solenoid was buggered so sorted them but still not sorted... Cheers.
  9. hi, I'm selling my cs100 now, its in Arbtrader. Great machine but I bought my mates tracked chipper off him so it don't get used now.
  10. Nah I'm down in Orpington in Kent, get a fair bit of work down here. They left my ladders on the lawn which was a surprise, they must have been in a rush....
  11. Yeah one of my best buys that, needed it yesterday too.....
  12. Parked on my inlaws drive, pole saw was locked on the back of my truck, they smashed the base handle with a rock to get lock off and had it away. Saturday morning at about 10 o'clock. In a cul de sac too, hey ho, thought you lot should know, could have been worse...
  13. I had one of these a while back. I liked the low tying in point, good for climbing and thrusting. But uncomfy if you're hanging in it for a length of time.
  14. That is a good idea morten, i might post a photo later of HOW i fitted it if I have time:lol:
  15. Mines on my komet too, no problem:thumbup1:
  16. I'll have the silky cheers:thumbup:
  17. when you look at chainsaws on ebay everyday:lol:
  18. Such a big difference compared to my old steel twisted bashlins, you won't be disappointed.
  19. I have got some ali geckos and I love them. Velcro straps so quick and easy to put on and they are very light, can wear them all day in comfort:thumbup:
  20. Haha yeah I made sure it was the right size before I bought it, did double check though. I turned it round once to try and push a twig that wasn't going anywhere and chipped a couple of inches off the handle though:blushing: It was a little long anyway so was all good in the end:thumbup: Don't find it a problem tying it down personally.
  21. I have an ipod shuffle clipped to one of the straps on the inside of my helmet. And I have fitted some headphones to the inside of each ear defender (proper ear phones, not the little things that you stick in your ears). Works great, really good sound:thumbup:
  22. Same here, love my 14hp, copes great, got a brush so before I turn it off I can shove all the little bits down so the chute is clear. I made sure that the brush is a bit too bit to get chipped. Got some funny looks outside the shop, sticking all these brooms down the chute to check the size:lol:
