Hi I have been asked to go into a woodland measure 10 of each species of tree there. Now i have to find out the age of each species of trees. I have done this in college but always coudent find out what the average age was for just that species we got showed how to do it. but now when i need to know how to do it i carnt remember it and the tutor dosen't wont to tell me.. All i need is the way of working it out think i can remember it was something like this Oak tree 145 167 178 (division by 2.5) ------ 239.2 That have given me the average for the trees i have measured but i need to find out the average age for all of that species in the Woodlands I hope you know what I mean

Hey guys there are 2 sycamore trees in my girlfreinds garden and her dad would like to have a go at climbing the trees Just for fun and to see what its all about.Woud that be allowed or would the local tree warden have something to say about it He owns both of the tree's in question and of course no harm would come to them Any idea's Thanks Tom:001_cool:

Its coming up to my 18th birthday next month and i dunno what to get I came across this climbing kits from gustharts https://www.gustharts.com/Products/Arborist%20Equipment/Arbor%20Kits/Product/QUERCUS%20Tree%20Climbing%20Kit/ The harness,prussik ropes,Climbing kit, Is the same i use in college and i love it so i'm thinking of getting it. As i have used it and like it That's the main thing. Any idea on the odd chance i can get it a little cheaper 450 quid seems ok to me. I will also need to get it loler test also if i was to use it in college any idea how much it would cost and where i could get in done i live in the north west area.. Thanks in advance
