  2. for some of us, the trees we care for and love become even more our friends than some of our human friends! it gets sadder still when your friends also over the years become mycelium that one visits on an annual basis, and sadder still when the tree, its fungi, and the repeat roosting noctule bats become a family you would be lost without:lol: Some people do trees, some people like trees, and some people connect with trees on another level.

  16. if its pretty clean and sounds like it, it might be worth milling it to make longbow blanks, they need to be cut from arounf the edges so they have sapwood and heart
