  2. aye cheers lads......really chuffed with it.....cant get over the fur like quality it had.....and its size. I wont take any hama promise although this one has probably been booted off the tree by now....right by the car park
  3. found this yesterday....a great find for me. Hadnt seen one before and it was huuuuge. It felt amazing as well like real fur. Apparently rare? but they always say that. Supposed to taste excellent so will be going back to see if there are any more.
  4. sickens me......wish they wouldnt show how its done though!!!! I know in this age that any info we want is at our finger tips but there are still alot of people who ask me the best way to kill a tree. There are many who havent a clue or wouldnt know how to find out. They shouldnt be showing it:thumbdown:

  10. Trees in towns.....right place, wrong place......big, small......healthy, knackered. I'm sure despite being in the industry we dont really take notice of the trees we pass every day of the week......they are just there! Lets see your drive by's. A sample of London's tree stock.
  11. went for a quick jaunt in the woods just after it pelted down.......the poor things were absolutely batterd........these were the reflections in the fly's.....

  14. Tired of hearing the kids moaning when your dragging them round and round the woods looking at 'more trees' more mushrooms'......get them involved!!! The Woodland Trust photo competition
  15. got to admit it takes some fine photo's:thumbup: nothing to do with you obviously mate:001_smile: I will vouch for the ease with which the g10 lens gets scratched....from personal experience:sad:

  20. Good post (boom boom ) David......that last shot is fantastico:thumbup1: Here's a great oak.....this limb measured around 20 ft from the stem.
  21. A walk through Donkey Wood in Hounslow......served by the River Crane this wood contained gunpowder mills. The mounds were to protect from explosions from the mixing sheds apparently. There are still remnants of the mills dotted throughout the wood. A few traces of man's continuing presence within or woodlands.
